Incompetant

I have a bond with FNB and have since sold my house because of their *********** housing finance department. I had initially app**** for a further bond with them that took 2 months to lodge and I eventually got fed up and cancelled it. Because of that incident I sold the house and know it has been a month and a half and they still cannot find my title deed. How can I trust a bank with my money if they do not know the whereabouts of a title deed. I have exhausted all internal process and have turned to hello peter as it seems that is the only time they respond.
