Incompetance

I took out Insurance on both my vehicles. Cancelled the one off as I sold the car September 2016. I phoned FNB Insurance Consultant Yunus advised him of same he assured me that all was in order and sorted out the sold vehicle was removed from my Insurance and I only have my current usable vehicle on it. I was so disgusted when I received a call from WesBank my vehicle financed bank advising that I do not have insurance on the vehicle. I phoned FNB insurance numerous times and was told by Yunus that he neglected to cancel the sold vehicle and only leave the current vehicle on my account but will do same asap. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as I am staff. To my surprise I was debited for the old car again after I brought it to their attention in October 2017 before the 20th I let it slide at this time cause I thought it will be refunded. This story is however now irritating me as it seems not to have an end and I must just pay ongoing for FNB'S incompetence they double debited me this month I asked them to please rectify it but to no avail nobody gets back to me and if they do they insult my intelligence by making up lousy excuses and not solving the problem. I want all my installments back as from last year September that I paid for the incorrect vehicle which was initially cancelled. I am staff yes but I am acting in my legal right as a customer currently I cannot be send from pillar to post and get nowhere. I feel that I am nobody's fool and will not be allowed to be treated like one. My money may serve a better purpose that just paying for something that was long since cancelled. Numerous calls has been made to them and yet I am still waiting for a resolution. Please advise on the address for the insurance ombudsman in order for me to lay my case before him and maybe he would be able to make fire from under the FNB staff and get me my Debits back.
