Incompentance of bank is now costing me money

The bank asked for FICA documentation for a second time in 2 years. I duly sent this documentation. BEcause the documents are large I had to mail these documents via a mail attachement.

The bank never acknowlages receipt of mails.

My bank account has now been frozen and I cannot receive payments into this account.

Melinda

This is the second time I am receiving a reply like this from you. Sorry for inconvinience caused does not UNFREEZE my account. I HAVE sent all these documents on 25 May 2016 at 14h40 and I have a copy of the mail to proove it. I am extreemly ****ed off, and saying it has been referred does not solve my problem.

This is a business account.

The last time you referred this issue someone phoned me, spoke to me for 2 minutes, then told me she will get back to me and then I never heard from her again.

Referring issues is not getting me anywhere! I need this issue resolved, not reffered!!!!
