Incompatant Joke of a bank.
This is unexpecteble, I have been stuck in Mosselbay sleeping im my car with my wife and two kids because of fnbs ***** department. They have cost me so much emotional stress with my wife on a dripp due to pannic attacks I have asked them to unblock my business account and to date all they say is I must wait its been 2 weeks now after logging my first complaint I have left numerous emails and still cant get access to my funds. I have to go back to Gauteng its been 3 days sleeping in our car cant buy or pay anything. Cant pay my rent nor can I pay my car that is due on the 1st of January. I will be taking them to court jf they do not sort ig out this morning.

30 Dec 2024, 10:13I have received alot of these emails feom fnb in the last 2 weeks and still nothing have been done if they have sorted it out on my first visit to the mosselbay branch I would not had to go to all these extensions to survive in an unknown place with my family. I feel that fnb owes me compansation for all they have caused. And the funds as well as all the time that I could not execute any business while I am here.
