INCOME VERIFICATION

Proceeds of my sale of my house was deposited into my account and FNB froze my account to verify source of funds which I understand but they froze all money in my account even my existing funds Spent 2hours today holding and trying to get it sorted That department is so useless the team leader refused to speak to me Eddie Malenga and the consultant Debra just says nothing we can do I’m am going to close my account with them I’ve been with them for many years but they are not worth banking with anymore I’ve sent all the relevant documents 3 times and I’m still getting SMS to send the documents
