inccompetance/***** ?

I have been subjected to ***** on my account for a substantial amount of money (in my opinion) half due to faulty bank software and other due to insider knowledge. I have endeavoured since October 2019 to get some response from the bank officials concerned to no avail. They have not even answered my correspondence.
