Inappropriate deceipt

Mobile phone not working as the mobile devices defective upon my experience after having received faulty device in less than two months. No after sales services, N.B please note inappropriate deceit hence it leaves me helpless and hopeless as having sold a mobile package from a bank instead of Telecommunications outlet. Dear current and prospective consumers beware when buying mobile packages from a bank that's restricted to services regarding mobile package. Thank you for inconvenience.
