Inappropriate Application Procedure and Terrible Service

I just tried to apply for a homeloan via FNB's website. The process required me to log into the my online banking, and I had to complete several pieces of information. To carry on with the procedure I was basically forced to open a new cheque account when I already have one with FNB. Why on earth would FNB offer me the same product I already have.

Now, I'm trying to call FNB to cancel this and find out what to do with the homeloan application, by calling the number provided in the smsses sent, only to get through to the incorrect department and when I get put through to the "correct department" there is noone to answer the phone.

Where is this promise of help? I'm just being ****med into paying mroe bank fees again.

Why on earth did I switch to FNB??? My life hasn't become easier, instead it's become more difficult!!!
