INADEQUATE SERVICE

I purchased goods from Checkers Hyper on Friday the 15th of October. The money left my account but didn’t make it to the merchant which is Checkers. The bank told me I should wait 48 hours and the money will come back automatically. I went to the bank yesterday because it was more than 48 hours and my money wasn’t back into my account, I was told to fill in a dispute form that will take 30 days to approve. I don’t understand why I was given the run around about a reversal. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK !! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to bank with FNB after what I experienced the last couple of days. Nobody was truly interested in given me an immediate solution, instead all I had was paper work.
