Inaccurate information

Once again poor service from FNB I have an unsecured credit outstanding amount of -R467 mind you I don’t owe truworths anything I have reached out to them via email and on their banking app I was told to take it up with Truworths I asked if i can send my latest statement received showing there is no outstanding amount, the reply I got was so lame ‘take it up with them or contact the credit bureau I pay for services and yet I’m being treated like this?! Honestly I think I must find a better bank that think for their clients
