Inaccessible Service and No Response

I was stranded while travelling in New York because the FNB Global Card didnt work yet I wrote FNB informing them about my upcoming and and also asked them to confirm if the global card was still effective. I didnt get a response and on arrival the card didnt work and the number on the App didnt match the number on the physical card. After much scramble, I had to transfer money out of that account and incurred additional exchange rates costs. I wrote FNB since I came back and it looks like they dont care and have not even received assistance yet. FNB must stop lying that they assist clients 247!
