Inability to resolve client issues
I have had the problem of being told on my online banking profile that I do not qualify for eBucks since December last year. I have a Young Professionals Platinum account and as a result I do need need to have monthly deposits of R 16 500 to qualify for eBucks, but only R 5 500. Now Apparently an incorrect CODE has been used to effect this exception and they have not been using the code to applicable to be as a Young professional account holder, but the normal code for platinum account holders. I have contacted premire banking and they, after a string of follow-ups from my side, eventually contacted me to say that the issue has been resolved and that i should \IGNORE THE STATUS ON MY ONLINE BANKING PROFILE THAT SAYS I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR eBUCKS". Now today (09/04/2015) I contacted the eBucks department to see if the matter has been resolved"
