Inability to protect our money - Royal mark ****

I stopped using my FNB account as my main account in September, moved all my debit orders to my new bank but kept my FNB account.

yesterday, I found out there is a new debit order that has deducted since November 2017. the debit order is for Royal Mark so I dispute the debit order and the money for February gets reversed and I select that it be stopped. this morning I find that the debit order tried to collect again yesterday after I stopped it. so I call the call centre today and told to dispute it on cellphone banking, so I do, the message says I have to call the call centre. I go to online banking and stop it.

I then receive a message that its stopped but I have to cancel it with the company....but how...its a **** , how must I contact the company that debited my account without my authorisation. secondly, I see now here on hello peter that FNB has been made aware of the Royal Mark **** so how are they still authorising debit orders for this company???!!!!

FNB customer service has to be upgraded, i want a refund for the 3 months that FNB allowed this debit order to go through...and FNB must be more vigilant of debit order **** especially where someone has already brought it to your attention.
