Inability to file documents

FNB keep on freezing my business accounts. I have couriered them all the required docs, I have mailed them all the required docs. I have submitted my ID document 14 times already. They have confirmed acceptance of the Documents and promised not to freeze the accounts but still froze my accounts.<br> They never reply to any correspondence. I always have to phone and stay on the line for hours.<br>
