INABILITY TO EARN E-BUCKS and CASH BACK

When I switched to fnb I was promised that I would earn "e-bucks" and thereby receive cash back. What I am disappointed to find is that there are more and more conditions that have been added on. I have made it a point to ensure that I "swipe" my fnb card but have now been informed that I am not on the "rung" or level to earn "e-bucks" and "cash back". Furthermore, whilst everyone is being advised to cut unnecessary spending and avoid buying on credit, fnb seems to be making the use of credit card a condition in order to earn points. I have been harrassed by fnb's courier service to accept a credit card which I had not even ordered. I was informed that a member of fnb had ordered the card.

I regret switching to this particular bank.
