In short FNB Business banking is quite terrible

Called FNB Business banking... eventually got through but the line was terrible. Tried to find out who my business banker was.. but that didn't work. Contacted my personal FNB banker to try and get me help... No go (I get it, but all you needed to do was get me an email address. (NB... My usual personal banker would help me out... but this was someone else, so lets not blame her) . I was advised to contact the business banker using the secure online chat... 15 minutes later I go no response and gave up. In short FNB Business banking is quite terrible.
