IN DEBT FOREVER

In 2011 i took a personal loan with fnb. Along the way i had some difficulties paying the loan instalment and fnb could not reduce the instalment amount leading to me disputing instalments for a few months but i started paying again. At first i made an arrangement to pay via internet banking what i could afford and later on fnb just started debiting their own amount. Now after debiting the same amount for more than a year fnb suddenly increases the amount they debit without notifiying me and when i call they tell me the arrears is to much they need to debit more. According to fnb consultant the arrears balance is now R32000 where as the lian thatbi took 5years ago was not even that much. So if i have to pay that R32000 i will be paying a loan for 8years... how can the interest be that much? What upsets me most is that i do not get feedback when i request a statement to be sent in order for me to try and figure out what to do. Loans are supposed to help you in financial need but this loan has just indebted me more and more. This loan was handed over to attorney's but i never received any notice that my account would be handed over. I cannot afford it and i personally feel fnb is just enjoying all the interest that falls into their pockets..
