Over Promise and Underdeliver. My wife requested a replacement card on the 23rd June. To date no call no correspondence from fnb... My concern is how is she supposed to transact if she has no card, on all your ads you keep dissing ABSA, but the are way to competent and way more efficient and productive than you ever will be. So my wife decide to take all her accounts to ABSA just cause of you don't take your clients seriously. You no different than the ruling party.
