In an emotional and traumatising time - FNB has been absolutely no help!
I have an FNB account, so when my grandmother passed away Thursday morning and I had to open a new account for my 87 year old grandfather (who is house bound because he is in a wheelchair) I had thought FNB would be the easiest as we could do it over the phone... Convenient right? The Gentleman who helped us was great and helped us in under 30 mins... and I thought 10/10!
We were suppose to receive his card on Monday and to make sure he won't have hassle - I sent ID copies and proof of residence to ********** It is a week later - we have not received the card and on top of it all we CANNOT get a letter just confirming bank details!
Numerous calls just lead to you being transferred from one agent to the next! In a time that is emotionally and physically traumatising for a family - FNB has been absolutely no help!
Very disappointing!
