Impressive response to complaint
Within minutes of posting my nightmare, I received a response from Naomi at FNB Hello Peter Complaints. A couple of hours later, a phone call from the Complaints department resolved my issue. Huge compliments to Zanele who was professional, calm and efficient. She changed my view of FNB! Well done.
