Impressive Customer Service!

I would like to thank Mfundo Mjoli from FNB business accounts. My mom had issues with her FICA verification on her business account. i contacted FNB on behalf of my mom and Mfundo assisted me. He was very patient and promised to contact my mom right away to fix the FICA issues. He did exactly that and the issues were sorted in less than 15 mins. We really need people like Mfundo who knows how to treat customers well. you are the real asset at FNB. Keep up the good work!!!
