Impressed - online banking
i have to applaud Nicole Smith, this lady went the extra mile for me. Sorting out an issue i had with my online banking. We only communicated via email and i know she could maybe tell i am getting fed up with an issue that was not my fault and even out of her hands, BUT she went further just to try and help me. She was prompt in emailing me back, keeping me in the loop all the way and also sorted out the issue so that i wouldnt have to go to my nearest branch. FNB online home loans, you have a gem there. she made my day.
