Impressed by Wendy Matoto proving "Going the Extra Mile" is for real with FNB Baywest PE

Arrived at FNB Baywest Branch early Monday morning just before opening time. Thembi Dyasi greeted the Customers and asked if she could be of any assistance. We stated that we would like to open a new account and include an additional account payment on another account. She directed us to Wendy Matoto. Patiently she listened to our needs. Then to make sure that she had understood our requirements, she repeated it back. As they both were to do with receipt of Govt. Pensions, she viewed each application separately. On the one for a new account, there was a minor flaw. As this was a legal document, she explained it had to be perfect and certified. However, instead of sending us all the way back to return with a new certified document, she undertook to inquire if we could ask the originator of the document to forward a fresh certified document to her email box. "Can we Help?" is FNB logo, This goes to prove that FNB Baywest takes it very seriously. Within a short space of time, all was done and we were on our way, thanks to Wendy and Thembi we were out of Baywest within R5 parking time. PS! We are Senior Citizens, and we do need Staff who know that plenty of repeating and bits of patients is needed. Which was well Served.
