About a month ago decided to migrate from my current bank to FNB. I must say what a simple and well orchestrated process. A hiccup here and there but seriously Zubeida Cerfontein in your Metlife plaza branch in PE deserves a mention as she is a credit to your organisation. Incredibly friendly and helpful even after I left the branch and required assistance. Well done
