Impressed by Consultants of Fnb Bank Baywest PE.

I am a Senior Citizen and like lots of us, as we grow older we tend to also lose the sight of the fact that we're no longer as capable and our short term memory becomes a whole lot shorter. Having said this, I, unfortunately, got "locked out of my Fnb Account and was advised to consult my Fnb Branch to have my Login & Password reset. Early Sat.26th Oct.2019 I arrived on the doorstep of our Baywest Branch. Of cause, I was a whole 20 minutes early as the store only opened @ 9. It was worth the wait, as I'll explain. I was fortunate to see the Consultant Samatha Ramlan. Who very patiently listened and established my needs, as I was simply not able to comprehend, she "walked" me through patiently step by step. Eventually, we needed to be able to get "online banking". She handed me over to Consultant Randine Hutton who was put into the picture of what was my next steps. Also with great patience, she managed to "multitask" assisting me the Senior Citizen and another "Online" Customer both with success. Thus with the assistance of these very capable Consultants, I was in good hands and they expertly handle my entire problems. SORTED! Using this computer tecknowledge is not for sussies and Senior Citizens with limited short term memory. Yip! Plenty of Patience and maintaining that Top Class friendly Service really must put these Consultants to the test. Full Marks Ladies, and I encourage that their examples flow onto the other members of Fnb Baywest Branch PE. Regards and Thanks.
