Impossible to verify Apple Pay via call centre

So much for the most innovative bank. In order to verify Apple Pay for a business card I am required to call FNB on *** but it is impossible to get through. I have called multiple times at different times of the day waiting 31 mins, 27m, 16m , 17m and 9m etc over the last week and no luck. I even went to the branch and they said they have the same problem and gave me an email address which also couldnt help. Please can FNB make it easier to verify Apple Pay
