Impossible to talk to FNB

FNB secure chat doesn't work. I have been trying for two days to get help on secure chat but couldn't get any continuity in the chat. Every line is as if its the first line. Then I tried to call customer service with an account inquiry. NO ONE COULD HELP ME. All the consultants could put me through to someone else till I got cut off.
