Impossible to switch to FNB

Impossible to switch to FNB. Tried switching to FNB using the app, and it does not continue past confirming my person details. There is no indication to why it will not continue. I have previously tried to switch to FNB via their call center and that was an utter mess and not successful. Now I can't switch using your app. Why is it so difficult?
