Impossible to speak to a sales consultant to open a business banking account.

It seems to be impossible to get through to someone to open a new business account. I have probably made about 7 phone calls. I've been transferred 2-3 times each time to different departments and then i go into a loupe with a call center. I would like to chat to someone to confirm that FNB's business banking offers the solution for my client's business. I guess FNB does not want any new clients.
