Impossible to register with FNB Online Banking

I have tried to register for online banking with no success.<br> <br> I am not an FNB customer, I intended to register for Online Banking in order to use PayPal.<br> <br> I am trying to draw money from a payment that was made into my PayPal account.<br> <br> After filling in and submitting the form for Online Banking registration, I get an error \There were discrepencies, probably due to the information you provided\".<br> <br> That's it. The form script does not point out fields that were filled incorrectly, so I am left guessing as to what I filled in incorrectly.<br> <br> I went to my local FNB branch for assistance with the matter. The FNB personnel were also left guessing as to where the form expects me to ad spaces between initials, type the phone number in a different format, etc.<br> <br> They phoned Online banking for assistance. The phone rang for almost 10 minutes. The person assisting us also did not know what the problem was. She suggested that the info on my PayPal account might differ from the info I provided in the FNB online registration form, but had no solution. We were transferred to another department, phone ringing until the bank closed. No luck.<br> <br> It appears I am out of options now."
