Impossible to reach technical support
Dear FNB Connect<br> Please don't offer support on a public holiday if you cannot honour your promise. I've called several times on your *** number and held on for around an hour waiting for technical support on my ADSL account.<br> Really disappointing and I needed internet capabilities today which looks like it isn't going to happen.
