Impossible to reach assistance, *********** service

Absolute garbage service. Lodged an extremely basic query 2 weeks ago and another 4 times during the period, but receive no service at all. Phoning FNB is impossible because you get transferred to the wrong departs every single time, with a long wait and onerous voice prompt system between. The FNB premier department is just as meaningless, as they don't respond either. I'm paying a fortune every month just to be treated like **** and receive zero resolution. FNB's "Service Promise" is a blatant lie. I absolutely detest FNB with a passion now and will likely always advise against dealing with FNB going forward. Wholly unacceptable
