Impossible to reach

I received communication stating that our Trust account will be frozen on 6 May 2015 even though all FICA documentation are submitted. You ONLY give the number *** to dial and no email or other form of communication. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO THIS NUMBER!!! This morning I held for longer that 30 minutes and this afternoon even longer. All your voice service does is tell me what you require but does not give ANY OTHER method to contact you!!!<br> <br> My reference number is ***2. if you freeze my account you can be sure that I will do everything in my power to expose your poor service in the media.<br> <br> I suggest you call me!
