Impossible to order a credit card online

So for the second time in two months, I was the victim of credit card *****. However, one would expect that once the credit card is cancelled it would be easy to order a new card online. Not with FNB! Whenever you try and add a card, FNB opens a new credit card account instead of ordering a new card! This affects my credit score negatively because it appears I have opted for a new credit product. So I have to call the call center so they can cancel the new account and order a card from their side. How difficult can it be to make provision for cancelling and ordering a new card on the same account? Really, FNB get your act together! You are really falling behind the competition with not even Apple Pay!!
