Impossible to open a new Business account on FNB

So I am trying to open a new Business Account. I have a Private Wealth account. A Business Account. A R 6 000 000.00 investment account and a Money Market account with a few R100 000,s in the account. It is no good contacting my Business banker, as they offer no help with anything. This is my experience. I first try it on my computer and get to a spot where I must comment. It does not matter what I type, it tells me the comment is wrong. I try on another browser without logging in, It tells me I must log in, which I do, and the next screen tells me I do nor qualify. I then try to phone, the line is so bad I have to put down. I then try the app, and it does not go past the screen after I supp**** the company number. Please help, or should I try another bank?
