Impossible to open a business account with FNB.

I have been trying to open an account and we are now in week three, and still no success. I keep getting a request to complete a "self certification form" and return that. Now this we have done no less than 5 times, however the same request keeps coming. Try to call someone, then you spend the afternoon answering security qustions soon to be transfered elswhere and answer the questions again. The next thing they will give you another number to call. Really, should I open an account with this bank?????
