Impossible to make online forex payment

<p>After complete the entire online form and uploaded the required documentation, the FNB application states that "Documents Required". When I re-upload my documents again "successfully" according to the screen, the status of my transaction remains on "Documents Required". When I click on the "Documents Required" link, it shows that nothing was uploaded, hence the payment is not possible.</p>
