Impossible to make contact

After a week of trying to speak to someone at FNB, i have given up. They keep transfering me from one to the other until the line is dropped. When I request a call back on their site, I get missed calls. They ring once and then hang up. Can someone call me that knows all their products available for business finance. I believe bridging finance or revolving credit would be the product.
