Impossible to get through to share trading
I have placed several orders to purchase equities and they simply do not get executed. I have been trying to get through to share trading for days now, there is clearly no one employed by this organisation. Do not use the FNB platform - you will get shafted!! No order get executed and it's impossible to cancel open ones - placing you in a position that you just have to wait for the day to pass and your oder to cancel before you can place new orders.
