Impossible to get settlement amounts
I have been trying to settle my credit card to get out of debt review for over a month now but still no luck. I have made 2 complaints already and they have still made no attempt to contact me. I will be escalating this with Banking Ombudsman soon. I even had their staff terminate my calls in my ear. Luckily, I have recorded phone calls so I can prove this if necessary.

23 Jun 2023, 15:53Many thanks. This will be my second complaint. But this does help for the Banking Ombudsman. I strongly suggest you notify your Legal department as you have now breached a court order. I have previously won a case against you in Court wherein you paid us out compensation for breaking the law and I am willing to do this again. All I want is a settlement letter that does not include legal fees or commissions from your Attorneys as I am not nor have I been in arrears. I am still under debt review and have not missed any payments in over 5 years. Please provide me with a settlement excluding these costs as a matter of urgency so we can all be rid of each other and avoid the inconvenience of another legal matter.
