Impossible to get response from FNB home loans

I recently have put in an offer to purchase on a property. I contacted FNB home loans (I am an FNB account holder) and was put in touch with Marlin Pillay. From the first e-mail contact where forms were not attached, I got the feeling I was not going to be taken seriously. Repeatedly I had to request Marlin to come back to me on news on whether my loan would be approved or not. This went back and forth for a two weeks upon when today, I had to again ask Marlin about my application and was told FNB had rejected my loan - ON THE BASIS I HAD NOT SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED! Marlin had not informed me of any missing documentation.<br> <br> It seems FNB isn't bothered in acquiring my money (The loan was for amount R1 900 000) and couldn't give a damn about service.<br> <br> Disappointed
