Impossible to get my card delivered

I ordered a credit card over a month ago for delivery to my cousin. Due to a clerical error on the couriers side, deliver could not be made to him because they had my ID number with his name and surname. I have been trying to get the card redelivered ever since and have tried scheduling delivery 3 times and each time the FNB consultant told me that the delivery details have been update and the couriers will be in contact. Nobody has called me to arrange delivery since I changed the delivery to myself
