Impossible to get IT3b tax certificate
I tried the following channels to download my son`s IT3b Tax certificate for his savings account: My wife`s internet banking profile because the account is linked there, no luck. My wife`s banking app, nothing available. I tried the chat feature on the app, no luck FNB is making it incredibly difficult to access account information, please can someone who is not a robot contact me to get the tax certificate. Thank you

21 Sept 2023, 15:26 Good afternoon. My issue with obtaining an IT3b certificate has not been resolved at all. 1. By law you have to issue such certificate. Some consultant phoned me and suggested that I get the FNB app separate for my son to download the certificate. My son is 10 years old and does not have a cell phone, his account is on my wife`s FNB profile, on internet banking and the app and as I stated there is no facility to download the certificate for him. My patience is running out as all I want is the certificate. Please can someone send me the relevant information asap.
