Impossible to get help from FNB

I have spent the whole morning on the phone being sent from one department to the other trying to get a payment holiday for a loan that I will not be able to pay due to zero income in April. My airtime is now finished. I cannot apply on the app because of the nature of my business. I don't have an employer nor do I have an accountant to make up financials, I am an informal trader and earn money per job. It doesn't seem that FNB has any sympathy for their loyal customers during these extremely difficult times. Shame on you FNB!
