Impossible to get banking with FNB

Good Day FNB,

Can you please advise me as to how I can possibly start banking with your bank.

Firstly your sales person takes my address down wrong, when I received the sales quote, I noticed that the address was wrong, I had not even signed a paper or provided a signal document yet. When I tired to correct this I was told that I would have to visit a branch as my account was already active. This is rediculous, why should i be incovineienced for something that was not my error.

Then I received my cheque card. When I attempted to activate it, the Pin number was incorrect. I visited a branch and they told me that my account was not correctly activated yet and that i must wait a few more days. 3 days later i attempted to activate my account at an ATM as advised by your support team. When i did this, the ATM proceeded to swallow my brand new card. Now i had to wait a further 4 days for a new Cheque card to be delivered, Not directly to me but it had to be delivered to a branch, once again I was inconvinianced. I visited the branch today to collect my new ATM card. When i attempted to activate my online banking, the ATM told me that their where no outstanding profiles to activate, yet when I log into the online banking to try register, it tells me that my profile is not yet active. Once again im going in circles.

Now i also called into FNB to request a secondary credit card for my wife, I was told that I would need to visit a branch to request an additional Credit card. To my shock, when I visited the branch today, i was told that I would need to call in to request an additional credit card. Really.....I give up. Its three weeks later and I have gotten no where???

FNB please advise me on my I should even try to get this sorted and bank with your bank
