Impossible to get assistance from FNB

I Tried Twice now to use the Chat to get a form sent to me, 1st time it took so long i gave up,

and the chat is the only option FNB has to contact support

Now im on the chat for 30 mins, from my 1st contact i made it clear i want the form "Rate Review" for Home loan sent to me.

I have since been transferred to 4 different people, were i have to say the same thing, and still no luck, now im waiting and no one is responding.

Why force us to use a chat feature that doesn't work, you are driving me away from FNB, if this is the service imagine if i need urgent assistance what will i do.
