Impossible to get assistance
I have been trying for more than a week to make contact with someone at FNB who can assist me with an account settlement, but to no avail.
Can someone please contact me by EMAIL, NOT BY PHONE AS I LIVE ON A FARM IN A RURAL AREA WHERE I CANNOT RECEIVE PHONE CALLS. I CAN ONLY COMMUNICATE THROUGH APPLICATIONS THAT USE DATA.
