Impossible to get any feedback on anything. I have logged numerous tickets to get feedback on the progress of my license renewal. I have submitted queries in the app. I have called.

There's just no feedback. FNB is introducing all this technology and now it's impossible to get a simple answer and feedback. Very unsatisfied at the moment.
