Impossible to get a settled homeloan statement from FNB

Good day

I have been trying since Tuesday 4th of March to get a statement on my Homeloan from FNB but what a nightmare.

My homeloan has been settled so I don't have access to the account anymore.

I am with Private Wealth at FNB but it absolutely helps nothing as the banker send me a reference number to follow up myself.

If I email by private wealth banker then het takes longer than 24 hours to reply.

Not sure what Private Wealth means at FNB.

I am still waiting for the settlement figures and homeloan statement i have requested numerous times.

The Private Wealth Banker Jack was quick to downgrade me to Aspire when I requested as Wealth means nothing at FNB.
