Impossible to get a passport appointment at FNB Cornubia

I have been trying for almost 3 months to no avail to get an appointment at the FNB Cornubia branch for my passport and ID. I have already made the payment and still no appointment. I then received an email from home affairs saying I have 120 days to present myself for biometrics. I have attempted going to home affairs and did not make it inside. FNB is my only option to meet this deadline and I am still not able to get an appointment. This is unacceptable- why offer this service if we cannot actually make use of it?
